  1. Returns due to issue by our store:
    • If the customer receives wrong product from the store, We will be responsible for covering the costs of replacement or return.
    • The customer must send a return request within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
  2. Replacement Conditions:
    • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
    • The original packaging and packaging of the product must be present and not damaged.
    • The original invoice or purchase receipt must be attached with the item to be exchanged.
    • The replacement request must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  3. Return and exchange process:

    • We will review the order and instruct the customer appropriately on how to return the product and make a return or exchange.
    • In case of return and unavailability of a replacement product, We will return the buyer’s money to the original payment method.
